Can someone help me setting up my voicemail to email for my Avaya phone system? We had it working at one point and then our locally hosted exchange server went down. I need to know how to create the relay in Exchange.

If it is MM with MSS Backend.
Hi
1. First create an External Host on the MSS Web Administration Page.
Server Administration >> External Hosts.
2. Then Under IMAP/SMTP Administration Configure the Mailbox Gateway MAchine Name from the Drop Down.

Voicemail to email
I am almost positive that I dont need to make any change with the Avaya system. We had our local exchange server go down and we had removed some connectors.(one of which was the voice mail to email connector). So I am guessing I just need to re-add the relay but I forgot how I had set it up.Comment
