    CMM 6.3 System prompt before password entry

    Hello all,
    We are using CMM 6.3 and when pressing the message button on the phone the call goes to voicemail and you hear "Welcome to Audix for help at anytime press *h. Enter password and # sign". We can enter password and log into the mailbox. We would like the "Welcome" portion to not play and go directly to "Enter Password". Our stations are programmed with the VM Hunt pilot and # in the voice-mail field. (34777#) Watching a trace there is a delay before the # is sent allowing the Welcome prompt to play before Enter Password prompt. Where is this timer or can we have it send all digits immediately? If we manually dial 34777# the Welcome prompt is bypassed and goes directly to Enter Password.
    34777 is Hunt Gp, 34777 is in AAR table, Integration is H.323 trunk group.

      In hunt group configuration check if page 2 has entries like below.
      HUNT GROUP





      Message Center: sip-adjunct

      Voice Mail Number Voice Mail Handle Routing Digits
      (e.g., AAR/ARS Access Code)
      34777 [email protected] *11

        I found that CMM uses only the audix TUI. You need to press the # to be prompted for the password...
