    Aura Messaging 6.3

    Hi,
I want to create a new site on AAM 6.3 with an "Site internal Dial Plan" of two digits.
    Short extension length: 2
    Short mailbox length: 2
If I save the settings I get the following message: Unable to update provisioning data.

Is it possible with two digits?
    Any idea about this?

      Hi,
AAM supports mailbox lengths between 3 and 50 digits long.
Please refer to page 63 for the official documentation: https://downloads.avaya.com/css/P8/documents/100178934

I am 4 Digits and have the same issue...

Anyone figure this error out yet? I have 4 digits set up... telephony domain setup... networked server setup (and set to 4 digits)... LDAP password set.... and I get that error when I try to save the Sites. I have had this problem on a VM install and stand-alone multi-server install.

          Hi Chazwesley,

the Information from "emoran" is exactly right!!!
If I create a new site with a minimum of 3 digits short extension length it is working.
