HELP... Forward Voicemail to Office365 email

    Dear All,

I'm facing some problems in sending Voicemail (VM) to company email address. We don't have a local Exchange server, we are using the cloud Exchange Office365.

    The network setup as follows

1- The data network (Desktops, laptops, printers, etc) and Phone network (IP office and deskphones) are on two different subnets

2- I configured both LAN1 (on IP office server) with phone subnet (192.168.42.0/24) and LAN2 with data subnet (192.168.0.0/24)

3- I added IP route so that the data network address will route to the default gateway through LAN2

4- The smtp server is smtp.office365.com and port 25 (I also tried 433) and no authentication required.

What did I miss so the VM is not forwarded to the outlook office 365.

    Please help.

    Thanks

What release is your IPO on? Office 365 requires TLS, which is available on 9.0

Otherwise, you can use a relay, such as hMailserver, running on a local machine. The IPO will send to hMailserver, which will then be able to send through Office 365. We always include a dedicated PC for remote access/programming, so always have a machine available for email relay
