Voicemail Pro Client V9.0.3.0 Static issues

Has anybody had a issue with voicemails and static? our issues is the voicemail is setup to forward to email( in .wav file format), then also we have it setup to forward emails to users I-phone. If they play the message in outlook it sounds fine, but if they play the message on there I-phone, they get nothing but static. we just started having this issue when we upgraded to version 9.0.3.0 build 212- any help would be appricated.

It's an issue with the iPhones, it's something with the newer versions of iOS. The .wav files are fine if you can play them in Outlook with no issue, it's just the way the iPhones handle downloading and playback of the .wav files. Your best bet is bringing one of the phones into an apple store and showing them exactly what's happening and explain that the files playback fine on any other device just not on the phone and they might have some app recommendations.
