Our issue is with Avaya Voicemail Pro or specifically the media manager application. Several weeks ago, our Voice recording server failed and had to be reinstalled from scratch. We now have a fully operational voice recording system, but we are unable to access / play any historical recordings going back to 2021.
We cannot seem to find a way to link the fresh install of media manager back to the old recording and while we have all the recordings in raw opus format none are playable as they require media manager to decrypt.
Does anyone have any guidance on how we can configure media manager so that it can access historical recordings again or suggest another solution / application that will allow us to access, decrypt and play historical recording outside of Media Manager - I have seen mention of an application called Resourcelog Viewer on various old threads?
