    Hi all,

    We are using CMM 6.3.

    when we add the new subscriber, get an error System Error(AE_SYSERR)

    why?

    could you please advise us

    Hello,

    this is due to LDAP corruption, either the web profiles are not in sync with ldap database or the ldap database needs to be repaired.

    you wont be able to do much on this, please raise a Service request with Avaya Support team to fix it as it needs root level access to run ldap commands.

    other alternate solution is to restore a last known good backup.

      Avaya keeps too many shell commands to themselves. This is something a customer or BP should be able to repair themselves. Give us sudo or something.
