    Switch link address is not changed after we changed PROCR ip address on S8400

    Hi, we changed ip address for PROCR interface, but it doesn't changed on switch link admin page (messaging) we still see old one and we are not able to change it from interface. From different forums with the same issue I'm found that old ip address is located in these files

    /msg/software/vs/data/VoIP_B11.cfg
    /msg/software/vs/data/farendIPaddr.dat
    /msg/software/vs/data/h323/cmIPaddr.dat

    but we are not able to change these files due not sufficient rights.

    does anybody know how to solve problem?

    On the board we have S8400/G650 Aura 5.2.1
    For messaging we installed next patches:
    C1317rf+i
    A9021rf+i

    This is a known issue and is fixed in later releases. make sure CMM has latest patches, if yes, then you need root access to remove the old IP entries from these file.

    please open a Service Request to get this fixed as it needs root level/Avaya only access
