    Avaya Aura S8300D embedded messaging, language pack

    Hi, does anyone loaded the Language pack for S8300D Aura Messaging?
    We would like to load the Castilian Spanish languaje but do not know if the Avaya Aura Messaging language pack is valid for this kind of hardware (S8300D embedded Messaging)?

    are we talking about Avaya aura messaging or Communication manager messaging ?

      Hi Sunil,

      I have embedded messaging installed for avaya aura.

      Whenever a call is transferred to voicemail, I receieve an error message "this extension is not valid". I have configured the subscriber mailbox, as well a coverage path settings.

      Can you tell me what could be the cause of this error?

        Hi,

        You can install the additional languages on CMM as well. Pls find the below link where you will find the CMM language packs.

          Extension Not Valid

          Hi,

          You may review the mailbox configuration, make sure that it's cover the right extension.
          also check the COS on Voice Mail and use the default configuration.
          and make sure you enabled IP-to-IP media communication in cor configuration on CM.

            hi,

            it would be better if you can send the CM traces for the same. So that we can get where you are getting the issue.

            For sure this is related to the configuration mismatch issue on CM & CMM.
