On occasion some of our users have experienced feedback when joining a conference call. This is either a constant ringback whilst connected to the meeting or the bleep sound that plays when someone joins just keeps repeating over and over.
We have carried out a few tests to try and replicate this issue with no result.
We initially thought that it may have been where two moderators were joining one meeting however out test ruled this out.
We have updated the server to the most recent patch to see if this fixed it however the issue has occurred since.
Has anyone experienced this before and know what causes it?
The only way to stop it after it has started is to log in via the collaboration agent and kick all users out.
Could it possibly be where someone's session has not ended correctly?
