Hope someone can help with AAM rls 6.0 administration.

when I change or delete a user in AMM the system doesn't reconize the change till I go to

Loading lists

Use the System Operations page to load the following lists:
• User List
• Global Address List
1. On the Administration menu, click

Messaging > Advanced > System Operations.

2. Under Reload Cashes, click Reload for the appropriate list.

once i do the Reload Cashes, the system then releases the user and will now allow the new changes to go through....is this normal as in previous rls of MM the changes were instant.

No. It should add or delete users immediately. No need to reload cache everytime.
This is real issue with the system and need troubleshooting .I suggest you to contact avaya Modular Mesaging Backbone (+1800 242 2121 Ext. 15571) for further support.

thanks for the reply...yes Avaya are aware of the issue and are building a patch and they will let me know when it is out...in the meantime the customer will have to manually clear all.
