CMM 6.0.1 has no SA or VM users

Title says it all. There is no SA or VM user, and I don't see a way to add them. Any advice?

starting with CMM 6.0.1 the sa and vm pass words are locked out and we need to create unique logins for messaging. When they are adding a login for messaging they need to select 'unprivileged administrator'. This will assign profile 19 automatically that is needed for messaging.

        Hi,

I am having this issue as well.
When creating a messaging account and using CM IP Address on port 22 with account with prof 19 but I also access CM when connecting!!

Did you ever get anywhere with this??

        Thanks.

In CMM 6.x, CMM administration is total web-based. Access to Messaging using shell/ASA is not available/supported.
To access CMM from web, you can create logins for prof18 or Privileged Administrator - which I believe you are already aware of and already using.

This thread can be helpful -
Aria, Serenade, Interchange, Message Networking, Intuity AUDIX, Definity AUDIX, Unified Messaging, Modular Messaging, Unified Communicaton Center - UCC, Voice Communicator, CM Messaging, and Voice Mail Systems.

Does this mean that Integrated Management 6.0 cannot support CMM 6.0?
