Dear, my customer changed craft password, and forgot them. Is there any way to recover this password?

I assume no one has access to log into the administration web interface now.
If that is true, you can reload the software and create all new passwords for craft, sa and vm. Hopefully someone has been managing backups to ensure they've been completing successfully. You should be able to find a software installation, or reload, guide on the support site documents.
If you have a maintenance agreement with Avaya, for a fee, they can dispatch a field tech who will boot the machine on the software CD and then follow a procedure to reset the craft password for you.Comment
