We have Aura Messaging 6.2 and we setup a mailbox with the COS Info Mailbox which states messages can't be left on the mailbox. The problem is that the system is allowing messages to be left. Any ideas?

A 'User Mailbox' will still accept messages even if it has the Info Mailbox COS. You must create an actual Info Mailbox instead of a User Mailbox.
Info Mailboxes are displayed under Administration>Messaging>Reports (Storage) section>Info Mailboxes. To create an Info Mailbox, click on User Management and click the Add button under "Add new Info Mailbox:" instead of the Add button under "Add new user:"
