Hi,
We have Avaya Aura CM/CMM 6.3 set up with SMTP enabled. I can set up a voicemail extension to forward to a single email address (we are running exchange 2010) and it works. However when I try to forward it to a distribution group it does not come through.
The log in CMM administration says that message is scheduled to be forwarded but it never gets there.
Is there anything obvious that I need to look at in CMM? Is there a better way to forward to a distribution group in CMM? Could voicemails even be forwarded to a distribution group?
We were thinking of maybe forwarding to a single email address and then setting up an outlook rule to forward the voicemail email on to a distribution group?
Any suggestions are much appreciated!!
