Broadcast Messaging/Exchange

Are there any GOOD instructions how to configure Broadcast Messaging with Exchange and how to record/send a message? I also want to know how to send to specific sites and not all sites. So far, not finding really good instructions.

Please download the documentation library from support website. it has install guie and mas admin guide. both guides have the steps for configuring broadcast messages.

Also in order to send messages to a perticular group of people you will have to use ELA. The configuration of ELA is also mentioned in admin guide.
