MWI has quit working after upgrading to AAM 6.3.3. AVya has been looking at it for 4 days now. No Luck. ANybody else run into this?

Do you have multiple storage servers? I've seen situations where the App server answering the call will try to "load-balance" MWI and the SIP NOTIFY message used for MWI can be sent from a secondary storage server. It's very odd.Meridian IT - Senior Engineer
