    Voice Mail Pro Call Crackle and No Sound

    Hi,

    We having some issues on Voice Mail Pro Call Crackle and No Sound on SIP trunks.If SIP trunk is configured on LAN2 with different subnet than LAN 1. it happens on all version we have noticed this on version 9.0, 9.1.

    I have changed VM server and the issue was the same then I have moved SIP trunks to LAN where VM pro is installed and everything works. But if we have the below set-up the issue comes again.

    Local network,
    VM Pro: 192.168.1.100)
    LAN1: 192.168.1.50
    Subnet 255.255.255.0

    SIP Trunks (its own Router for SIP Trunk)
    LAN2: 10.10.15.199
    Subnet: 255.255.255.0

    Any help will be greatly appreciated.

      If you build your SIP trunk on LAN 2 you get no audio, but only in Voicemail Pro? Is there a firewall on the Voicemail Pro network you're routing to? And what kind of crackle do you hear? Usually with IP telephony it's all or nothing, you don't get crackling (since that requires the sound of crackling to be encoded and sent over as IP packets) but you might get jitter.
