Time on the retrieval of message is incorrect

Can anyone here have an idea on how to correct the time which is said when retrieving a voicemail message?

can you confirm which voicemail you are using. the time stamp on the messages are taken from server time. it can use time zone settings if you have multiple links or switches connected to messaging system (which can be configured)
