Is it possible to configure CMM 5.2.1 in order to automatically send an e-mail with .wav in attach, when new voicemail message arrives ?

          Exchange Integration

Are you talking about Modular Messaging with an Exchange backend? What is your voice mail configuration?

Just thought of shedding some light on the query. CMM 5.2.x or any Intuity system for that matter does not support sending emails automatically (SMTP) with attached voicemail in .wav format. CMM can work with POP3 clients to receive emails on arrival of new messages. The format in which the voice message comes with email is ".lvp" which can be played using Avaya Voice Player.

Modular Messaging on the other hand supports SMTP and .wav attachments. You can find more details in MM Product documents.

                Getting error

I get the following error when I configure CMM via POP3 SMTP, - invalid username & password. Although the username and password is correct. when I try to add the CMM account fresh at the Outlook, the "test connection" results in --> check SSL or port setttings in the advanced tab. I have already unchecked the SSL and the ports are also open. Any clues why I am getting this error?
