Is there a recommended way to program a subscribers name to hide the user from the Dial By Name feature. CM uses ~~. If there is no recommend method, can the double tilde be used for consistency?
There is no way to hide the users fron DBN. If you will use ~~ infront of the names then direct calls to the extension will also not get the spoken name.
