We have been requested for legal issues to be able to pull a vm off someone's mailbox in modular messaging without them knowing of course. Changing the users password is not an option. Is there a master access code or password that can be used to get into anyone's box? I have 2 MAS servers, 1 MSS running 5.2.

MM doesn't have any master password to get into the mailbox's. Any one is able to access the mailbox only with the condition they know the password. If the current password policy is simple , then would recommend working on the getting a strict password policy in place. Need to do this from VMSC TUI tab.
