Forward message "Function failed to complete"

Hi,
I'm looking for advice in how to fix forwarding a message on VM PRO IP Office mode. When listening to message I press 6 (to forward) then 2 (forward to another user) then extension number followed by #-#. System replies with "Function failed to complete".
It's an IP office 500 V2 9.0.3 with new VM Pro on Windows 7 Pro, SP1 running in IP Office mode. The phone types are 54xx and 1408. I have restarted both VM Pro and IP Office

You need to be looking at the email sender settings in the Voicemail Pro server's preferences.

Sorry, I should have mentioned. The SMTP forward to email functions fine; that's how they have been working around not forwarding vmails.

I should have posted the resolution but I forgot. The resolution was to upgrade both IPO and VM Pro to 9.1.
