    avaya aura messaging questions from a new install:
    1. Can reports in aura messaging be exported to excel or other external programs?
    2. When you look at the listing of Class of Services, you see the number for the class and a generic name of class of service and even if you have created a new class of service it is not present on the list. However, when you create a new class of service and you use the drop-down to pick a class of service, you don't see the full list of the class of service or the numbers of the class of service. What you do see are the 7 default classes of service with no associated number and whatever class of service that you created with no class of service number.
    3. Is it possible to create a date range on the Holiday table?
    4. How do you deploy a newly created caller application in the Caller Applications Editor. When you right-click on a caller app, you do not see deploy or save as an option.

    Aura Messaging(AAM 6.0)

    1. The reports generated are visible on the Aura Messaging Page but not extract-able to a spread sheet. Few Linux commands like SAR would give a CLI output.
    2. The Class Of Service could be created & used while creating new users beyond the standard list of COS.
    3 & 4. Date Range & Caller Apps -> Is something which is loaded separately when caller apps are installed.
