I have a user who was just upgraded to CMM 4.02, and they cannot access their VM boxes from their office phone by just pressing # after dialing the system extension. They must put in their extension and password. How do we change that so they only have to press # and then their password?

I believe the IA770 is not getting the Called party number from CM. You can try changing "Per Station CPN - Send Calling Number?" parameter to y. This parameter is on page 2 of a station in CM. First make this change on one extension for testing purpose.
