Avaya one-X® Mobile SIP for iOS

I have installed the app on my phone and it logs on fine etc, but when making or receiving a call i get 1-way speech - I can hear fine on the iPhone but caller cannot hear me. This is the same if i make the call from the app happens on internal and external calls

checked all the usual things and have put my laptop on the same WiFi as the iPhone and can make / receive calls via 1xC SiP client.

I'm sure it is not a network issue as i have many SIP endpoints running on the network and as stated above the WiFi doesn't suffer from 1-way speech

has anybody tried the app?

Are you using session manager or SES? Do you have the SIP trace log and sniffer trace?

Please provide the above info and contact Avaya service desk to log a ticket.
