I have a user who had his office phone number directed to his home phone number using EC500.

Now, all of a sudden EC500 will not work to his home phone but will work to his BB.
Can someone give me some insite as to why this may have stopped working. We use
Verizon BB.

I have tried to direct my office phone to my home using EC500 and I get a fast busy
