We have a pair of S8700 CM 4.0.5. We have been experiencing calls cutting out and one way audio on the Polycom/Avaya Spectralink phones 3645, 3626 and 3620. I have looked at the C lan boards and the Medpro boards and they are at the current firmware release and look to be working properly.
We have been adding more IP 1600 phones but I was told that should not cause this.
I am leaning towards the network and the APs having problems but I have to verify everything on the phone side first. Any ideas of what else I can check? Thanks!
