3725 Handset call problems

Hi Gents,
I've just replaced an existing DECT handset on a system with a new 3725. The system already has working 3725 handsets. However this new handset registers normally, and indicates it is in service, however no calls can be made or recieved. I've deleted and recreated the user, rebooted the system, and tried another brand new handset. All with no change.Any help would be gratefully accepted.
