WLAN 3645 Phones disconnect after sleep

A customer is reporting that every time a 3645 goes to sleep, it disconnects from the WiFi connection and the only way to get the phone to work again is to power cycle the phone.

I've asked if the Aruba network has WMM Power Save enabled - any other ideas as to what would cause this problem?

    Thanks,

    Ron

looking for an update for this

I have 3641 sets... on Aruba, with an AVPP on IP Office rls 9.

the sets do indeed "fall asleep" and the only way to restore service is to power cycle them.

if a ping is sent to the phones while in this state, the ping times are in the 4 digits.

reboot the 3641 and the ping times return to normal
