One-X Mobile SIP for iOS Ringing

Customer has iPhones with the SIP iOS app connecting over internal WiFi to SM 6.1.
They say when the phone rings, the ringing is coming in through the ear piece (speaker used when holding the phone to your ear) instead of the phones built in speaker.
Has anyone seen this or know of a way to modify this?
