AVAYA ONE X : can't reject calls

Hello all,
I've got problems with several smartphone with Avaya, I can't reject calls !

when i touch red phone, it loop on call, so i have to wait that the caller give up his call.
On several phone, rejection works.

Where can i see a setting to make reject working?

What's the application ? Mobile Preferred with VoIP or Mobile Lite? is the IP Office Platafform?
