IP Office 500- Mobile Access

hi,

i have a question how i can configure my system ip office 500 that i could be able to access my telephone , like even i am outside the country, its like i can dial on my land line through my mobile phone? can you please give some idea and help.

You need to talk to your system installer/maintainer about using one-X Communicator or one-X Mobile. The IP Office versions are supported across various devices (Windows, Android, iPad, iOS) but need a one-X Portal for IP Office server installed to get the best operation. [there is a one-X Mobile basic mode that doesn't need the portal but again talk to you original IP Office installer).

If you have SIP or PRI service, and Mobile Twinning with Mobile Call Control set up for your extension to your cell phone, you can dedicate an unused DID number for FNE-31. When you call from your cell phone, since your cell number is also your twinning number, you receive dial tone from the system and can call internal extensions or dial the access code and make outgoing calls. If someone else calls the DID from a number that is not someone's mobile twinning number, their call is not answered by the system.
