on-X Mobile IPO iPhone dial plan

Hi!
one-X Mobile Preferred for IP Office rel. 4.1.6.759. Dial plan's rules apply properly for calls from contacts and from dial pad, but don't apply for calls from Events (missed calls, etc.), therefore it isn't possible to call back. Ideas?

Configure short codes on your extension to recognize 10 digit numbers as valid telephone number, and automatically add the 9 for outbound and 1 for long distance
