Iphone with One-X mobile application

Hello, I got a customer using One-X Mobile 5.2 application on his Iphone.It is working fine, but when prompted to a Vector where there is a collect 1 digits after an announcement.IF the user presses a button on the cell phone, the system does not recognize the touch tones from
the IPhone.
Is this working as designed?.

Hi It's not working as design.

It should be DTMF tone not detected by CM.

Are you running 1XM 5.2 with latest service pack? What's the CM verstion and service pack?
