IPO 500V2, Outgoing Call ID in SIP trunk

Hi,
I am using IP Office 500 v2 with SIP trunk. Client ask to use the same outgoing call number and can be touched by the separated phone number .

I tried to setup the shortcode Ns87654321, but it cannot work.

How can I config this scenario ?

In the SIP trunk URI, use either */*/* or Auto/Auto/Auto (depends on the release of your IPO) - make sure outgoing group id is unique for the URI.

Now the ARS will honor the Ns87654321 telephone number. Make sure the telephone number to send matches the format the SIP provider is expecting (in the US, most often PRI circuits want 10 digits, SIP want's 1+10 digits)

I have tried this Code Ns87654321"@sipserverIP", but it seems no work.
IPO directly trigger a call with user's sip account.
I don't know what's happen there.
