    Remote User Capabilies Question

    Is there a way for users to remotely turn on/off features, i.e. Twinning using a smartphone app?

    Look at "Mobile Call Control" in the IP Office Manager help - allows a remote device to connect to dial tone on the system and dial any short code to turn things on off
