I am using nortel phones (T and M series) on an ip office 8.0 using the tcm 8 card. The lines are BRI. has anyone ever noticed that the volume of the transmission of voice on calls from these handsets is lower than when the handsets were on a bcm. This is on both internal and external calls. nortel handsets are global ones as the contrast can be adjusted to 9
