IP Office Server Edition Release 11.0.4.1 BuilSchedule Backup not working

Hi there,

I had a problem with Schedule backup on IP Office Server Edition Release 11.0.4.1.0.Build 11.

I read the Avaya SOLN343307 and I followed the ADMIN115675.

When I go to Scheduled Jobs Details ,doesn't show nothing on Occurrence Status.

Do I need to be login to Web Manager to get the schedule backup works all the time or

there is another way to do the schedule backup?.

Immediate backup works fine.
