Avaya Partner extension programming

Hello everyone,


My client has an Avaya Partner system with 4 VM box module. Currently, the reception extension is 11. Is there a simple way to "read" all features on this extension and reprogrammed to ext 10?

Unfortunately no. Features like the Night Service button and being the "Receptionist" station for voicemail are hard coded into the system.

Your easiest solution is to go to the control unit and swap the connecting cords for Ext. 10 and 11, then tell everyone that the extension numbers have changed
