IPO SE J169 show " Acquiring Service"

IPO SE Ver 11.0.4.2, after failover J169 (H.323) is OK, but J169(Sip) is show "Acquiring Service..."

Too many possible reasons. Does the failover server support SIP extensions to start with and go from there. Is it in the same SIP Domain as the normal system.

And why are you mixing H323 and SIP J169s on the same system. Not supported by Avaya.

I check the SIP Domaine and FQDN (System / LAN1 / VOIP)
must be identical on both System
