I try to upgrade from Avaya IPO SE R11.0.4.2 to R11.1.0.237,But show "Upgrade failed.: Failing at task 'Pull upgrade', step 'Pulling files' - YUM failed due to unknown reason."

Always read the release notes before upgrading!
You cannot upgrade to 11.1 as yet. It requires a special process and can only be done by first upgrading to 11.0.4.3 which hasn't been released yet.
Always read the documentation before upgrading, the link for it is on the same page as the 11.1 software download files.
