Need to restory to factory default Scopia XT1000

Scopia XT1000,

Need to restory to factory default.

Avaya support have tried to send us a RestoreFactoryDefaults.zip file but unfortunately this is not coming through our Exchange due to permissions.

The DOC ID which contains the file is: SOLN242706 but unfortunately I can't find it via the search tool.

Any help or links to that file would be great.
