    Contact Recorder separate files when transfer

    Hi all,

    For the Contact Recorder recording file. When the agent received the incoming call and then transferred it to another agent. The recorded file would be separate into 2 media file with different Call ID, and the Caller's CLI is not presented into second media file. How can I search the recorded file easily for the same caller?
