IPO Server Select Secondary voicemail is down

Hi there,


I have two IP Office Server Select Primary and Secondary on Version 11.1.1.1.0 Build 18.


Secondary Server has voicemail alarms --> Voicemail pro/Lite fails to correct to the

Control Unit.Incorrect password.The Occurrences counter is going up and under Voicemail Type shows none.


I tried load another OVA Version 11.1.1.0.0 build 209 and I had the same problem.


I read something about use 31 characters for voicemail password under Security settings and this password has to match the Voicemail Password under Web Manager -->Applications-Voicemail Pro-System Preferences-Voicemail password.

The Voicemail password is gray out.


Any ideas.

On initial setup the password is set on ignition. You may need to make sure you have the admin rights to change the password for this. Because I have ran into this issue before and the password also has to be exactly 31 chars too. No more no less.
