SBCE, IPO certificates via GoDaddy

I am needing to renew my certificates on my SBCE and my IPO. We use GoDaddy as our SSL provider. I am struggling to get the SBCE to recognize the CA. After I apply my new cert and CA cert to my profiles I get the following error:

error:14094418:ssl routines:ssl3_read_bytes:tlsv1 alert unknown ca

Does anyone have experience with using GoDaddy for their SBCE certs?

First add the root chain into the SBC truststore (trusted CA).
