    ip office vm pro trouble

    ipoffice 7.0(232702)
    vm pro 7.0.12 linux

I am having a odd problem when retrieving voice mail messages, I will try to explain...

Example: If a mailbox has 3 messages, using visual voicemail on a 9508 phone, when listening to the message 1, if my customer allows it to entirely play then deletes the message, the system automatically skips message 2 and plays message 3, but shows the caller id of the skipped 2nd message. If you delete this message the system then plays the 3rd message again, this time showing the correct caller id. So what is happening is they are losing the 2nd message.

If you repeat the scenario, delete the first message, then the system plays message 3 but shows the caller id of message 2, and you do not delete at this point, and just hang up the phone. The visual voice will show message 2 and 3 as "old" or listened to.

One other interesting thing of note, if you do not let the 1st message play enitrely and delete during play back, the system functions as normal, with no trouble...

    Any ideas???
If this is the wrong forum please let me know and I will repost in the correct one...

It might be due to the faulty firmware on the 9508
Download the 7.0.278401 patch and test with that

You better upgrade the vmpro to the right version.
        IPO 7.0.23 needs vmpro 7.0.23.
