IP Office 500 V2 R8 Design Verification

Hi,

I am a converted Nortel shop and recently upgraded our CS1000's to 7.5 for Avaya. I decided to go all in and want to convert my remote site to an IP Office 500 R2 V8 and use my nortel 1120's' and 1140's which will work IP Office on R8. My issue is in the design verification. I have 4 qoutes from different Vendors and none of them are the same as far as hardware specs. I keep getting different answers to the same questions and I even called Avaya and they sent me brochures. Anyone know a good resource that I can use to validate the design?
