I can't get Element Mgr. 62.0.4 to install on a Win7 Pro box. I have been able to install it in another Win7Pro PC. The installation executes and within .5 second it tells me it has installed but it really hasn't. It never unzips, it never shows up as installed in Windows, etc. I have rebooted and tried again with the same results.
Any ideas?
