Our Tech has a Merlin Magix w/4 operator positions. All have 7 park zone btns assigned and all but 1 position works fine. x130 (slot3/port5) when parking more than 2 calls, 3rd call will not let park engage. User has 4 "sa "keys (3 sa voice ,1 sa ring).
Park keys are programmed on a 60button dss unit, but all "O" sta's are identical (per tech). Software load is unknown at this time.
Any ideas of what could be causing this 1 station not to work?
